Our online boutique delivers internationally. We are working with DHL. 

CALLBAC offers fixed delivery fee on all orders. Please note that shipping cost will be applied to your order at checkout.

All prices are tax included. Custom fees may applied due to your country. Custom fees belong to the customer. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. 

If you haven’t received your order, we kindly invite you to open a claim to DHL with your tracking number and contact our customer service at info@callbac.co

Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working* days following the delivery of the parcel
