There are no refunds or exchanges during the Black Friday discount period!
- You can exchange/return unworn and undamaged products within 14 days.
- For all your return and exchange requests, you can reach us via e-mail at email@example.com. Your request will be answered as soon as possible.
- Shipping fees for returns and exchanges belong to the customer. In such cases, information will be provided by us and the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount to be paid to you. All transactions are transparent and the cargo invoice will be sent to you.
- Your payment will be provided to your bank within 5 business days following the approval of your return transaction .
- You can follow your exchange / return process by requesting the cargo tracking number of the packages you will send to us as exchange / return from the cargo company.
